What is the SILVER grade?

The SILVER grade is a proprietary blend of high quality DHA and PS. This blend ensures the stability and performance of both of these nutrients.

What is the source of the PS and the DHA?

What is an appropriate supplement level?

Appropriate PS intake is of 200-300 mg/day for the first 4-6 weeks and then at least 100 mg/day. Appropriate DHA intake ranges from 180 to 1,000 mg/day.
